16   Transactions with related parties

In the first half of 2015, the Projects & Development division carried out construction projects for a total of CHF 14.8 million for several parties to the shareholders’ pooling agreement under standard market conditions, which corresponds to 6.6% of income from realisation Projects & Development (1st half of 2014: CHF 14.2 million/5.0%).
