As at 30 March 2012, the commercial building St. Jakobs-Strasse 110 in Muttenz was sold at a price of CHF 7.2 million. after deduction of transaction costs, the sale resulted in earnings of CHF –0.4 million.
In the first half of 2011, the sale of a residential property in Zurich-Affoltern produced overall earnings of CHF 0.6 million.
